好幾幢漂亮的房子排排站
這些房子是古蹟,在BC省保護之下的建築是不可亂動或亂整
裝潢的色調,飾品的搭配,燈光的色澤,
彷彿到了小女孩心中的夢想世界.
原來老闆娘從小的夢小就是開一間下午茶
某年某月某一天,當時的男朋友 現在的老闆,買下這棟古蹟跟她求婚
他們一起去法國研讀烘培和甜點 就是希望有一天能開一間下午茶
一切準備好後就剩下要裝潢這棟古蹟
對於設計稍有涉略的老闆娘
把自己從小刻劃的夢想一一繪製出
餐具是他精挑選
家具是自己繪製藍圖
LOGO,花紋和制服,一切一切都是老闆娘的設計喔!

| 在一切事物都是這麼的搭配如此的協調, 我們使用的這套杯具有一點小突兀 除此之外,雖然小鳥的過濾器很可愛,但是功效好像不太大 茶壺的嘴還有貼心的放了一個小東西 這樣茶就不會亂滴了! 小莊說Earl Gray 蠻普通的 我的China Rose蠻香的! 但是茶葉是一直泡在壺裡沒有拿起來 所以喝到最後有一點苦苦澀澀的 |

| 大大推薦得可頌,應該是我和小莊吃過最好吃的吧 我不敢吃起司所以就挑出來 可頌真的又酥又香而且不油呢 可見它有多新鮮 Prosciutto, brie and fresh basil sandwich |

裝潢方面不需要再多做介紹,公主般的STYLE
每一口都充滿驚喜,是真的!!看似平凡簡單的,吃到嘴裡都有小小的變化
這裡可以包場辦婚禮/bridal shower /bday party and Christmas Party 都可以!
Fur Elis 是我在溫哥華目前吃過最好吃的下午茶
同時環境和服務都是一流的!

"Fur elise was a wonderful experience. My favourite savoy item from this place is the croissant sandwich with brie cheese and prosciutto. The sweets were also excellent, my favorite being the strawberry brulee. Everything here has been carefully placed with attention in every décor I would rate it a 9 out of 10. The only suggestion i have is to perhaps having live classical music." Terrance

甜點不會太甜，對於不愛吃甜的朋友們也很適合.
Superb customer service and atmosphere.
Highly recommended for friend and family gatherings.
We went to Fur Elise to celebrate our 11th month together. Our set was slightly different than yours, with more mousse cakes and macaroons instead of the other variations of sweets. I'm naturally not a big fan of macaroons and most mousse cakes, unfortunately, but everything else was SUPERB! My absolute favourite was the tangerine brulee, with a prominent vanilla scent. (It was sooo good that I took probably 10-15 minutes to finish mine.) Then there was the refreshing cucumber sandwich and the crusty prosciutto croissant sandwich - both very nice! I also loved the scone with their housemade jam made with local fruits.
